Welcome to the Friends of Paha home page. We are glad you have chosen to visit us. Friends of Paha is a not for profit organization committed to raising funds for Camp Paha, a day camp for children and young adults with disabilities located in Lakewood, Colorado. Please enjoy our site.

The organization's mission is to identify and obtain adequate resources that support Camp Paha's purpose to provide recreation, education and therapeutic opportunities in a safe and fun day camp environment for individuals with disabilities ages 6-25 from the Denver Metro area.

Friends of Paha is a group of volunteers dedicated to fundraising for Camp Paha. It began as merely an idea to help financially support Camp Paha back in 2002. We became an incorporated organization in February 2003 and have been raising funds ever since. Now, Friends of Paha is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization providing 25% of the funding for Camp Paha. In 2005 we began our campership campaign contributing over $15,000 to campers in need of financial assistance to attend camp.
